Why MyVaultOS

Make blockchain useful to people who only want to send and receive money.

MyVaultOS is for people and businesses who want lower cost, faster settlement, less admin and a cleaner proof trail. Fiat can remain the user experience at both ends; blockchain becomes the fast settlement layer in the middle where the route is eligible.

Use blockchain without making it feel like crypto

Start and finish in fiat where users need it, while MyVaultOS checks whether a stablecoin bridge can move the value faster and cheaper in the middle.

Move faster without losing control

Choose the route that fits the job: lowest cost, fastest settlement, cash-out available, strongest proof or smart-contract automation required.

Your money stays yours

MyVaultOS organises checks, files and proof. You keep control of wallets, providers, approvals and final execution.

Security without banking lock-in

Private records, approval trails and evidence packs sit in your workspace. MyVaultOS never asks for seed phrases, private keys or provider passwords.

Simple front door

Accounting and ERP connections

Bring in the systems businesses already trust.

Users connect their own accounting, ERP and payment-provider accounts with OAuth or approved API credentials. MyVaultOS stores the connection status, scopes and evidence; it does not ask users to paste banking passwords or seed phrases.

Connected money stack

Connect the wallets and providers you actually use.

MyVaultOS is designed around many concurrent wallet and provider references, not a single account view. Users can connect available APIs, import records or attach proof while keeping final control with their own wallet, bank or provider.

Multiple wallets and providersNo one-wallet limit

Track personal wallets, business wallets, Wise, Airwallex, bank routes and card providers side by side in the same workspace.

Provider data where availableConsented API access

Wise and Airwallex data can be pulled through approved API credentials, consent flows, balances, transfers and provider status updates.

Fallback when an API is not readyUpload or import proof

Users can still attach statements, quotes, invoices, confirmations and receipts so the file remains complete.

Security boundaryNo passwords or seed phrases

MyVaultOS records references, approvals and evidence. It does not ask for private keys, recovery words or provider passwords.

Personal AI agents

Let your AI assistant help, without giving it the keys.

Connect a personal AI agent to your MyVaultOS workspace so it can prepare files, check context, draft support requests and ask for approvals. It gets scoped access, not your account login, and it cannot move money in the background.

Bring your own AI agentChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini or custom tools

Connect a personal agent to help read files, prepare drafts, open support tickets and request approvals inside your workspace.

Scoped machine accessSeparate from your login

Agents receive their own revocable credential with selected permissions. Your password, provider login, seed phrase and private keys are never shared.

Action requests, not hidden executionYou approve the important steps

Agents can prepare payment files, route checks and approval requests, but money movement, provider handoff, billing changes and commitments stay human-approved.

Audit trailEvery agent action is visible

Agent reads, drafts, tickets and approval requests are tied back to the workspace so the record stays clean for teams, support and proof packs.

How it works

Set up the workspace, add obligations and move money with clean proof.

It should feel as simple as a message: choose who is being paid, confirm the amount, approve the route and keep the proof. MyVaultOS organises the on-ramp, settlement, off-ramp, smart-contract option and evidence record around the user's approval.

Operating files

Built for transfers, contracts and private loan servicing.

MyVaultOS gives each obligation a clear record: contract terms, payment schedule, approvals, route options, optional smart-contract automation, receipts, release evidence and exportable proof.

Complex contracts

Milestones, payment conditions, counterparties, evidence packs and release notes stay tied to one operating file.

Protected payments

Escrow-style flows are recorded as protected payment contracts with user-approved release rules, not MyVaultOS custody.

Private loan servicing

Keep the agreement, repayment schedule, approvals, receipts, balances and completion proof without originating or collecting the loan.

Business payments

Supplier invoices, team approvals, route comparison and accounting-ready exports sit in the same evidence trail.

Software boundary at a glance

The product boundary is software, records, approvals and evidence.

This section is only the public summary. The full Terms and Privacy Policy are separate long-form documents written around software access, user-controlled wallets, provider routes, billing, evidence records, support and data handling.

Software, not custody

MyVaultOS provides records, approvals, routing visibility, evidence, exports and agent workflows. Users control wallets, keys, payment providers and execution.

No hidden money movement

MyVaultOS does not receive, hold, pool, transfer, exchange, lend or invest customer funds. Live movement requires the user or the user-approved provider to execute.

Provider rails stay separate

Wallet providers, Coinbase, Wise, Airwallex, business-admin tools, hardware vendors and future payment providers operate under their own terms, compliance checks and availability.

Protected payments are contracts

Escrow-style flows are non-custodial protected payment contracts with user-approved release rules, not MyVaultOS holding money for either party.

Hardware is equipment

Cold wallets are sold as security equipment. MyVaultOS does not store seed phrases, recover private keys, guarantee device security or control signer approvals.

Commercial use needs clean setup

Business users remain responsible for taxes, accounting treatment, counterparties, sanctions, KYC/KYB obligations and local law before using any rail.
