Wallet + card + cash-out routesWhy MyVaultOS
Stop guessing which bank, app or wallet route is best.
MyVaultOS is for people and businesses who want lower cost, faster settlement, less admin and a cleaner proof trail without giving a bank or exchange control of the whole money movement.
Compare bank, provider and wallet routes before money moves, with fees, FX, timing and cash-out friction visible upfront.
Choose the route that fits the job: fastest, lowest cost, strongest proof, cash-out available or approval required.
MyVaultOS organises checks, files and proof. You keep control of wallets, providers, approvals and final execution.
Private records, approval trails and evidence packs sit in your workspace. MyVaultOS never asks for seed phrases, private keys or provider passwords.
Simple front door
One workspace for bank routes, provider routes and wallet routes.
Provider route examples
Use the best available rail without learning the rail.
Connected money stack
Connect the wallets and providers you actually use.
MyVaultOS is designed around many concurrent wallet and provider references, not a single account view. Users can connect available APIs, import records or attach proof while keeping final control with their own wallet, bank or provider.
Track personal wallets, business wallets, Wise, Airwallex, bank routes and card providers side by side in the same workspace.
Wise and Airwallex data can be pulled through approved API credentials, consent flows, balances, transfers and provider status updates.
Users can still attach statements, quotes, invoices, confirmations and receipts so the file remains complete.
MyVaultOS records references, approvals and evidence. It does not ask for private keys, recovery words or provider passwords.
How it works
From contract or invoice to proof pack in one transaction file.
The workspace keeps the job understandable end to end: what is owed, who approves it, which route is used, where execution happens and what proof comes back.
Add wallet, bank and provider references with the access level the user approves.
Set the contract, supplier invoice, private loan schedule, bill or protected-payment condition.
View cost, timing, provider limits, approval requirements and proof quality before money moves.
Use the workspace approval card to confirm amount, recipient, route and release conditions.
The user wallet or selected provider executes the transfer. MyVaultOS does not custody funds.
Receipts, provider status, uploaded proof and exports land back in the transaction record.
Operating files
Built for complex contracts, payments and private loan servicing.
MyVaultOS gives each obligation a clear record: contract terms, payment schedule, approvals, route options, receipts, release evidence and exportable proof.

Software boundary at a glance
The product boundary is software, records, approvals and evidence.
This section is only the public summary. The full Terms and Privacy Policy are separate long-form documents written around software access, user-controlled wallets, provider routes, billing, evidence records, support and data handling.
MyVaultOS provides records, approvals, routing visibility, evidence, exports and agent workflows. Users control wallets, keys, payment providers and execution.
MyVaultOS does not receive, hold, pool, transfer, exchange, lend or invest customer funds. Live movement requires the user or the user-approved provider to execute.
Wallet providers, Coinbase, Wise, Airwallex, business-admin tools, hardware vendors and future payment providers operate under their own terms, compliance checks and availability.
Escrow-style flows are non-custodial protected payment contracts with user-approved release rules, not MyVaultOS holding money for either party.
Cold wallets are sold as security equipment. MyVaultOS does not store seed phrases, recover private keys, guarantee device security or control signer approvals.
Business users remain responsible for taxes, accounting treatment, counterparties, sanctions, KYC/KYB obligations and local law before using any rail.
