MyVaultOS helps you compare cost, speed, provider fit, approvals and proof before money moves. Providers stay separate, and customers stay in control of final execution.

What am I paying for?

A private workspace that helps you compare routes, understand cost and timing, keep approvals and receipts, and organise proof. Provider payments, wallets, cards and transfers stay with the provider you choose.

How does MyVaultOS help me save money?

It shows the likely total cost before you move money: provider fee, FX spread, cash-out cost, timing and recipient amount. Savings depend on corridor, provider, verification, method and local availability.

Can MyVaultOS make transfers faster?

It helps you choose faster available rails where supported by the provider and corridor. MyVaultOS does not guarantee settlement time, but it makes timing, blockers and proof visible before you choose a route.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Plans are designed to grow from Personal to Business and then to private Business OS or Managed Finance Support when the workspace needs more controls.

Can I connect more than one wallet or provider?

Yes. MyVaultOS is designed for multiple concurrent wallet, provider, bank-route and card-route references. Practical limits depend on plan settings, provider rules and security controls, but the product is not built around a one-wallet-only model.

How does MyVaultOS get data from Wise or Airwallex?

Where available, users connect approved provider access or consent flows so MyVaultOS can read relevant balances, transfer status and recipient references. If a direct connection is not available, users can upload quotes, statements, receipts and confirmations to keep the record complete.

Does MyVaultOS hold customer funds?

No. MyVaultOS organises the workflow and proof record. Funds, wallets, cards and cash-out routes are controlled by the relevant provider and by the user.

Can it manage complex contracts or private loans?

It can organise the contract file, repayment schedule, approvals, receipts, outstanding balance and completion proof. It does not originate, broker, underwrite, guarantee, enforce or collect private loans.

What support is included?

All users can contact support for access, billing and route questions. Business OS and Managed Finance Support include higher-touch setup and operating support scopes.

Can MyVaultOS recover my wallet or seed phrase?

No. MyVaultOS support will not ask for, store or recover private keys, seed phrases or recovery words. Hardware and recovery support is procedural only.

Are route costs guaranteed?

No. Route costs and savings examples are estimates or provider quotes at a point in time. Final cost depends on provider checks, corridor, FX, method, timing and local availability.
