Terms of service

MyVaultOS is software for people who want better control over private money workflows.

These terms set the commercial boundary for MyVaultOS: software subscriptions, optional equipment, private business-admin support, evidence records, provider-route visibility and non-custodial payment-file workflows.

Provider handoffThird-party services stay separate

Cards, transfers, wallets, billing and cash-out routes are provided by their own operators under their own terms, checks, fees and availability rules.

Operating entityOakhampton Capital Pty Ltd

Commercial entity details, final contracting entity, ABN display and governing-law wording remain subject to final legal confirmation before public launch.

Service

MyVaultOS provides private finance operating software for records, approvals, route visibility, evidence packs, business-admin workflows and user-controlled wallet/provider coordination.

User control

Customers remain responsible for wallets, private keys, signers, counterparties, providers, payment instructions, tax treatment and compliance obligations.

No financial institution role

MyVaultOS is not a bank, custodian, exchange, remittance provider, lender, broker, trustee, escrow agent, investment adviser or tax adviser.

No custody or execution

MyVaultOS does not receive, hold, pool, transfer, exchange, lend, invest or guarantee customer funds. Any live movement must be user-authorised and executed by the user wallet or selected provider.

Protected payments

Protected-payment workflows are user-controlled or record-based release workflows. MyVaultOS records conditions, evidence and approvals; it does not hold escrow funds.

Hardware

Cold wallets and signer kits are equipment. MyVaultOS does not store seed phrases, recover private keys, guarantee wallet security or control signer approvals.

Scope of the service

MyVaultOS provides private finance operating software. It helps customers organise payment files, route comparisons, approvals, receipts, evidence packs, provider references, workspace users, billing records, support workflows and business-admin records. The service is designed to help customers make better decisions and keep cleaner records before, during and after money movement.

Controlled release status

The current MyVaultOS service is a controlled release for selected customer and stakeholder review. Live provider execution, paid billing, wallet creation, card issuing, remittance, custody, escrow and lending functionality must remain disabled unless a separately approved provider, legal and operational process is in place.

Contact, support and complaints

Customers can contact MyVaultOS at [email protected] for support, complaints, account access issues, provider handoff questions, export requests and security concerns. Complaints and material support issues should include the workspace, affected file, provider route, date, amount where relevant and a short description of the issue so the record can be reviewed.

Commercial terms

MyVaultOS subscriptions provide access to software features. Fees are charged for account access, workflow, records, evidence, support, private OS modules and related software services. Hardware purchases are equipment sales. Custom deployments may require separate quotes, setup scopes and support terms.

Provider and route information

MyVaultOS may display third-party providers, card routes, wallet routes, billing providers, transfer providers, hardware vendors and business-admin tools. Provider names are shown to help customers compare routes and keep records. Unless expressly agreed in writing, provider listings do not mean endorsement, partnership, guaranteed availability or guaranteed pricing.

User responsibilities

Users must protect their accounts, signers, wallets, recovery material and provider accounts. Users must verify counterparties, payment details, tax treatment, accounting records, sanctions exposure, local compliance and any provider-specific requirements before acting.

No custody, escrow or transmission by MyVaultOS

MyVaultOS does not receive, hold, pool, transfer, transmit, exchange, lend, invest, stake, escrow or guarantee customer funds. If a customer chooses a provider route, that provider may require its own identity checks, limits, fees, custody terms, settlement times and support process.

Protected payment files

Protected payment files, milestone schedules, release gates and escrow-style workflows are software records and user-controlled coordination tools. They can record obligations, approvals, release conditions, evidence and completion proof, but MyVaultOS does not act as escrow agent and does not hold either party's money.

Provider services

Third-party providers such as wallet providers, Stripe, Coinbase, Wise, Airwallex, business-admin tools, hardware vendors and future payment partners are separate services. Their availability, fees, restrictions, settlement times, compliance checks, warranties, data handling, dispute processes and support are governed by their own terms. MyVaultOS may keep records of the selected route and receipts, but the provider remains responsible for its own service.

Information, estimates and savings

Route cost, transfer timing, FX, savings examples and provider information are estimates or informational comparisons unless a live provider quote says otherwise. Actual costs and delivery depend on corridor, country, payment method, verification, provider status, liquidity, FX rate, local rules, network conditions and recipient details.

Hardware and recovery

Cold wallets, signer kits and related accessories are sold as equipment. MyVaultOS does not store seed phrases, recover private keys, guarantee device security or control signer approvals. Customers remain responsible for secure setup, backup, recovery and replacement procedures.

Suspension and acceptable use

MyVaultOS may restrict or suspend access where required to protect the service, prevent abuse, respond to legal obligations, handle billing failures or address activity that appears unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or outside the software-only service boundary.

Customer content and evidence

Customers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of invoices, contracts, counterparty details, approval notes, receipts, uploaded files and other evidence they add to the workspace. MyVaultOS may organise and export that evidence, but the customer remains responsible for the underlying business decision and source material.

No prohibited reliance

MyVaultOS does not promise payment completion, exchange rates, returns, tax outcomes, counterparty performance, dispute outcomes, wallet recovery, device security or uninterrupted provider access.

Governing law and final documents

Final governing-law, contracting-entity, dispute-resolution and jurisdiction-specific consumer wording must be confirmed before public marketing, paid users or external pilots using real customer data. These terms preserve the operating boundary but are not a substitute for counsel-approved production terms.

Professional advice

MyVaultOS is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, foreign-exchange or regulatory advice. Customers should obtain professional advice for business structure, compliance, tax, reporting, sanctions, licensing and material payment decisions.
