Privacy policy

Finance records are sensitive. MyVaultOS treats them as operating evidence, not advertising exhaust.

This privacy policy is written for private money-movement software: wallets stay user-controlled, provider data stays separated, and evidence is collected to operate the workspace, support customers and maintain records.

Collect what operates the workspace

Identity, workspace, payment-file, wallet-reference, provider-reference, invoice, receipt and support metadata are collected to operate the MyVaultOS software.

Evidence stays purposeful

Documents, invoices, approvals, notes and proof packs are used for workflow, audit export, fraud prevention, support and customer-controlled records.

Provider separation

Where users connect wallet providers, Stripe, Coinbase, Wise, Airwallex, business-admin tools or hardware vendors, those providers process data under their own terms and policies.

No key custody

MyVaultOS does not collect seed phrases, private keys or recovery words. Support workflows route users to signer replacement and recovery procedures without taking control.

Retention and export

Users can request exports of payment files and evidence packs. Business records may be retained for account, audit, legal, fraud-prevention and tax-support purposes.

Security posture

Access controls, audit logs, least-privilege support access and private deployment options are used to protect sensitive business finance records.

Data retentionEvidence kept only for operating reasons

Business records may need retention for audit, security, billing, dispute, fraud-prevention, tax or legal reasons.

Provider separationThird-party providers use their own policies

Wallet, card, billing, transfer, hardware and business-admin providers process their own data when users choose those services.

Purpose

MyVaultOS processes finance and business records to provide software functionality: workspace access, payment-file workflows, provider-route visibility, approval records, receipts, exports, billing, support, security and operational reliability. It is not designed to monetise sensitive finance activity through advertising profiles.

Data categories

MyVaultOS may process account details, workspace roles, wallet references, provider references, billing records, payment-file metadata, invoices, contracts, approvals, receipts, support messages, audit logs and deployment configuration.

Uploaded evidence and business documents

Customers may upload contracts, invoices, receipts, statements, counterparty records, release evidence, support files and other business documents. MyVaultOS uses those materials to operate the relevant workspace feature, create evidence packs, support audits, resolve disputes and provide customer-requested exports.

Use of data

Data is used to operate the workspace, provide billing and support, produce evidence packs, maintain security, investigate abuse, improve product reliability, satisfy legal obligations and support customer-requested exports.

Provider data

If a customer chooses to connect or use a third-party provider, that provider may collect and process its own identity, transaction, card, wallet, payout, compliance and support data under its own policy. MyVaultOS stores only the provider references, receipts, route choices and evidence needed to operate the customer workspace.

Billing and affiliate data

Subscription billing may be processed by Stripe or another billing provider. Card-route or provider marketplace links may include referral or affiliate identifiers where disclosed. MyVaultOS does not sell sensitive finance records for advertising targeting.

Private keys and recovery material

Users must not provide seed phrases, private keys or wallet recovery words to MyVaultOS. MyVaultOS support will not request or store them.

Support access

Support access is limited to what is required to resolve a customer issue, maintain the service, investigate security events or comply with legal obligations. Sensitive records are handled on a least-privilege basis with reviewable operational logs.

Security and access

MyVaultOS uses access controls, audit logs, least-privilege support access, encryption in transit, secure storage practices and operational review for sensitive finance records. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Business records

Business workspaces may retain records for audit, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, legal and operational continuity purposes. Export and deletion controls respect legal retention duties and customer-admin authority.

Customer controls

Customers can request exports, correct workspace details and manage retention where permitted. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax or operational reasons.

Access, correction, deletion and complaints

Users can contact [email protected] to request access to their workspace records, correction of account details, export of evidence packs, deletion where available, or review of a privacy complaint. Some evidence, billing, security and audit records may need to be retained where deletion would conflict with legal, dispute, fraud-prevention, tax, security or operational obligations.

Support and admin access

Support access is role-limited, time-bounded where practical and logged. Support will not ask users for private keys, seed phrases, wallet recovery words or provider passwords. Sensitive files are accessed only where needed to resolve the customer issue, secure the service or comply with lawful obligations.

International use

MyVaultOS may be used by customers and providers in multiple countries. Data may be processed where MyVaultOS, its infrastructure, support providers or customer-selected third-party providers operate, subject to applicable law and contractual safeguards.
